Blankaforti is a vibrant natural red made from a mix of Cabernet Sauvignon, Garnacha (Grenache Tinta), Syrah, and a small portion of Parellada — a white grape added for lift and freshness. Hand-harvested from biodynamic vineyards planted on limestone, sandstone, and gypsum soils at 400–600 meters.

On the nose, expect crunchy red fruits like tart cherry and plum, with herbal tones, violets, and a touch of spice. The palate is bright and juicy with refreshing acidity, soft tannins, and a lightly earthy, mineral finish. The bit of Parellada adds aromatic lift and keeps the wine from feeling heavy.

Pair it with:
Grilled red meats, roast duck, chicharrón with vinegar, spicy barbecue, cured cheeses, or rich stew-based dishes.
