Not your lola’s Riesling.
Despite the name, Welschriesling isn’t Riesling at all—but this one is just as fun. Bright, zippy, and bone-dry, with lime peel, green apple, and a touch of white pepper. It’s crisp like a starched shirt but finishes soft like cotton.

Pair it with: Japanese city pop or lo-fi house. Clean, nostalgic, and made for summer sipping with a beat.

Perfect with: Sushi, kinilaw, grilled squid, or even chicharrón with vinegar. Salty snacks and seafood sing with this one.
